Policies for microblading are essential to ensure client safety, maintain professional standards, and clarify expectations for both myself and my client. Additionally, they highlight the importance of my client's satisfaction, guiding clear guidelines on procedure preparation, aftercare, and appointment management to achieve optimal results.
Microblading Policies
Appointment Guidelines & Policies

- Naomi B Cosmetic Tattoo LLC (dab French Brow Bar & Naomi B. Makeup) requires clients to be at least 18 years old.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
- A valid ID is mandatory for your service. Without it, we cannot proceed, and a new deposit is required.
- Consent forms must be completed before arrival; links will be provided via email once you complete your booking online.
- Booking an appointment confirms your agreement to all our policies, pricing, and website information.
- One support person is allowed to accompany you.
- All appointments are recorded; consent for social media posting is optional for face or eyes/eyebrows only.
- Late arrivals (more than 20 minutes) will result in cancellation and require a new booking fee.
- Follow-up appointments are scheduled 2-3 months post-initial appointment.
Booking Fees:
- All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Fees confirm your commitment and reserve your slot.
- They help manage our schedule and minimize disruptions.
- Cancellations forfeit the booking fee.
- Touch-ups must be within 2-4 months or incur an additional charge.

Final Payment:
- Payment is due on the appointment day.
- We accept Venmo, Cash or Credit Cards.
- We do not accept personal checks.
- Final payment is the total cost minus the booking fee.
Rescheduling:
- One reschedule is allowed; subsequent changes forfeit the booking fee.
- Minimum 24 hours' notice is required.

Results & Care:
- We do not guarantee specific healed results.
- Individual healing varies based on factors like skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
- Tattooing is an art; each session reflects our dedication and craft.
- Some clients may need additional sessions, charged accordingly.
- Results can be viewed 30 days post-procedure.
Touch-Ups:
- First touch-up costs $150 and is scheduled 8-12 weeks post-initial session.
- Minor adjustments in shape and color are possible during this session.
- Results take at least 30 days to fully manifest.
Color Refreshers:
- Exclusively for existing clients, recommended every 1-3 years.
- Wait until your tattoo is 40% faded before booking a refresher.
- Fading over time is natural, and pigment migration is a recognized risk.
- Optimal technique and aftercare minimize migration risks.
